01/22/02- 2:02pm : It has been over two months now since I have posted anything on this page and there's not much for new news. I bought a new car, it's a Blue 2002 Honda Accord EX-L, I love it. I just installed LoJack, so don't even think of stealing it, you know who you are. Pictures of it are coming soon. As soon as we get some sunlight I'll snap some shots and post them on here. That's all for now.

11/08/01-10:38am : Well, it's official. It seems we have a heckler.
I have received my first piece of hate mail from a visitor to this web site.

In a message I just recieved, the visitor writes :
"Hey, my name is also Dave Costa and you're a discrace to my name."

He supplied me with a bogus reply address :blackgldfish77@hotmail.com.
But at least it's nice to know that courteous and upstanding citizens like him
are taking up the slack in the Dave Costa name that I have so pittifully tarnished.

If anyone is interested in going to any of these shows, lemme know.

10/12/01-07:02am : Well, If you are reading this, it is pretty obvious that the new site has oficially gone live. It will stil continue to be a work in progress, but is complete enough, I feel, to put it online. Enjoy !

10/08/01-01:02pm : I hope everyone enjoyed Saturday's Brunch. A few people missing but still a good time. Mark your calenders for next year; Saturday October 5, 2002 we'll be doing it all over again.

09/25/01-01:30am : Finally updating the site. Putting in a whole new interface, some new sections and of course, all the great stuff from before.

06/18/01-11:30pm : Been a while since I put anthing on here... Stay tuned, some new pictures expected next week. Possibly a few movie clips to to download.

05/14/01-03:52pm : Tom Petty is coming to Great Woods Sunday, July 8. For those that want to go, tickets are on sale NOW !!! Lawn seats are $25 - Get 'em online through ticketmaster here. The more that go, the merrier.
Also interested to know who might go see the Poison "Glam Slam Metal Jam"
(featuring Poison, Quiet Riot, Warrant, Enuff Z'Nuff & Born Into Kaos) the day before (Saturday, July 7), tickets for this show are also $25 and you can get 'em here.
If you want to go to either of these shows, lemme know.
And for those that like to plan well in advance, there's John Mellencamp at 8:00pm on Thursday, September 13.

05/14/01-02:43pm : It seems that some of my so-called "friends" (you know who you are) are less than appreciative of my "Friends & Family" section.  In my efforts to put something up in that section, I put what I had on hand (from the last incarnation of davecosta.com). Seems that some of you are feeling a little left out, or just in the mood to give me a hard time... Either way, if you want your picture up here, you gotta give me one to put up, or be careful what you ask for. Pictures don't get on here through osmosis, so like I said : "If you want your picture up here, you gotta gimme one." Otherwise, take no surprise from your picture's absence from my site...   - Regards.

05/07/01-08:33pm : Still rebuilding a bit, trying to find the pictures I had taken out in Vegas, those will be up shortly... Also, Michelle was very upset that her pictures were missing from the pages of this site, so by her (popular) demand, they are back...

05/02/01-03:15am : So no one gets $5 'cause the Buffett stuff is online and it ain't even May 4th yet.  I thought most of it came out pretty good. You like it, good.  You don't like it, never come to this site again. Enjoy!

05/01/01-04:420am : Well, I just got all of 1999's Buffet Show pictures added to the site. And a few sneak peaks on the 2000 show.  One more good sit down and all of it should be there.  Oh, and Shortell, only one application per person per household on the $5.  That is if in fact it's not all up by Friday.

04/26/01-10:20am : As for the Jimmy Buffett Stuff... 04/26/01-09:33am : Was trying to register a domain name the other day, something other than myname.com.  Hardly anything is available anymore, but I wanted something fancy, so I tried fancywebsite.com.  It was available and for now, fancywebsite.com will also bring you to this same site.
